A full-bodied wine such as this Cabernet Sauvignon can accompany red meat dishes, especially grilled: steak, burgers, spicy sausages. It also goes well with a plate of semi-hard or hard cheeses, perhaps even matured, such as cheese, gouda, cedar or emmentaler.
