The spirit of the wine
Pinot Noir is a variety for those who appreciate discreet tastes, have the patience to look for fine notes and are not impressed by explosive aromas, but by subtle, natural charm.
If you appreciate fruity wines, with intense aromas of red fruits (cherries, sour cherries, red currants) and you like to taste a red wine with slightly vanilla and smoky hues.
Order a Pinot Noir Viile Metamorfosis when you want a wine in which to appreciate the balance between alcohol, structure and acidity.
The Viile Metamorfosis selection aims to bring to the public wines with an excellent quality/price ratio and to cover a wide range of preferences. In each of these wines, Fiorenzo Rista wanted to highlight the best characteristics of the used varieties, and of the Dealu Mare area.
Pairings
The delicate tannins of Pinot Noir go well with fine meat, such as a duck breast or duck leg. Excellent with semi-hard cheeses like Gouda or softer cheeses, such as Edelweiss.
For vegetarians, we recommend a risotto with mushrooms, for an association in which the forest shades of mushrooms find a continuation in the wine.
Viile Metamorphosis – Pinot Noir It is the perfect wine for an evening of Wine & Movie, at the winery or in an atypical location, such as the George Enescu Museum.
