Un vin gândit pentru a fi învechit și înnobilat de trecerea anilor. Un Cabernet Sauvignon elegant, corpolent, în care aromele de fructe negre sunt completate inspirat de notele de maturare în baricuri și budane de stejar, ceea ce îi adaugă eleganța vaniliei și a aromelor de ciocolată neagră.
Un posibil cadou deosebit, disponibil și în variantele magnum (1.5L) și McKenzie (5L) în cutie de lemn.

Cantvs Primvs este semnătura cramei noastre și înseamnă excelență îmbuteliată. Fiecare sticlă din această gamă este gândită să satisfacă gusturi exigente, care deja au în memoria gustativă vinuri mari. Este pentru cei care cred că lucrurile bune necesită timp și văd în asta o plăcere și o provocare.
Dacă îți dorești să începi o colecție de vinuri de care să te bucuri mulți ani de acum înainte și vrei o piesă clasică. Un vin robust, elegant, care se dezvoltă în timp, căpătând complexitate și un gust catifelat.
Când comanzi Cantvs Primvs Cabernet Sauvignon primești mai mult decât arome de fructe negre (mure, afine, coacăze). Acestea sunt completate de note de tabac, vanilie, ciocolată amăruie și lemn amărui.
Așa cum sugerează și numele, acesta a fost primul nostru vin, lansat în 2009. S-a plecat de la ideea de a crea un vin unic, sofisticat, cu o structură complexă, care să demonstreze potențialul terroir-ului premium din Dealu Mare.
Asocieri
Un vin corpolent și complex cum este acest Cabernet Sauvignon poate acompania mâncăruri din carne roșie sau vânat, mai ales steak-uri, t-bone sau coaste. Acest vin pune frumos în valoare un platou de brânzeturi tari, maturate, cum ar fi Parmigiano-Reggiano, Emmentaller sau Cedar.
Vegetarienii se pot bucura de el alături de preparate din tofu, tempeh sau tocănițe de ciuperci de pădure.
Cantvs Primvs – Cabernet Sauvignon este un vin de Belle Epoque, care se potrivește unei plimbări mentale în Micul Paris, pentru a redescoperi farmecul uitat al unei lumi cu principii, tabieturi și ritualuri. Între anii 1840–1894, la ”Ecole des Beaux Arts„ din Paris au absolvit 29 de arhitecţi români; ei au constituit prima generaţie de arhitecţi care a demarat procesul de transformare în capitală europeană a oraşului Bucureşti, împreună cu un grup de arhitecţi francezi iar de aci a inceput constructia Micului Paris.

When you order Cantvs Primvs Cabernet Sauvignon, you get more than just aromas of dark fruits (blackberries, blueberries, and currants). These are complemented by notes of tobacco, vanilla, dark chocolate, and oak.
As the name suggests, this was our first wine, launched in 2009. We started from the idea of creating a unique, sophisticated wine, with a complex structure, which would demonstrate the potential of the premium terroir from Dealu Mare.
Partnerships
A full-bodied and complex wine such as this Cabernet Sauvignon can accompany red meat or game dishes, especially steaks, t-bones or ribs. This wine nicely highlights a platter of hard, matured cheeses such as Parmigiano-Reggiano, Emmentaller or Cedar.
Vegetarians can enjoy it with tofu, tempeh or wild mushroom stews.
Cantvs Primvs – Cabernet Sauvignon is a Belle Époque wine, perfect for a mental stroll through Little Paris, to rediscover the forgotten charm of a world of principles, customs, and rituals. Between 1840 and 1894, at the “Ecole des Beaux Arts” in Paris, 29 Romanian architects graduated; they were the first generation of architects who started the process of transformation into the European capital of Bucharest, together with a group of French architects, and from here began the construction of Little Paris.
