A wine designed to be aged and ennobled over the years. An elegant, full-bodied Fetească Neagră, in which the aromas of black fruits and especially of dried plums are complemented by the notes of ripening in oak barrels and buds, which adds the elegance of vanilla and coffee aromas.

The spirit of the wine
Cantus Primus is the signature of our winery and means bottled excellence. Each bottle in this range is designed to satisfy demanding tastes, which already have great wines in their taste memory. It is for those who believe that good things take time and see this as a pleasure and a challenge.
If you want to understand the potential of this local variety. Feteasca Neagră from this range has the elegance of a hand-embroidered Romanian traditional blouse, gathering expressiveness and authenticity.
It is a specimen that can be used as a reference for this variety, excelling in dried plum aromas, along with well-ripened fruits (cherries, currants, blackberries). Aromatic and gustatory does not stop here, but develops towards bitter chocolate and spices.
Feteasca Neagră was added to the Cantus Primus range in 2012, to emphasize the quality of the wines that can be obtained from a local variety. We want to transform this variety and this wine into some of the reference for Dealu Mare.
Pairings
We believe in the idea of a local culinary association, so we will recommend this Fetească Neagră to traditional Romanian dishes such as sarmalele, tochitura moldovenească, piftia and sausages from Pleşcoi. Dintre brânzeturi se potrivește cu cașcaval, brânză de burduf și brânzeturi afumate.
Vegetarians can enjoy a glass of Fetească neagră with grilled vegetables, stew or fasting mousse with eggplant and potatoes.
Cantus Primvs – Feteasca Neagra This wine would fit well in the courtyard of the Bellu Mansion. This is an architectural monument, built in the old Romanian architectural style, in the middle of the 19th century. It was the home of the Baron Alexandru Bellu family. In 1926, the Bellu family donated to the Romanian Academy the entire building complex located in Urlați.
