Cantvs Primvs este semnătura cramei noastre și înseamnă excelență îmbuteliată. Fiecare sticlă din această gamă este gândită să satisfacă gusturi exigente, care deja au în memoria gustativă vinuri mari. Este pentru cei care cred că lucrurile bune necesită timp și văd în asta o plăcere și o provocare.
Dacă îți dorești să înțelegi potențialul maxim acestui soi apreciat. Merlot-ul din această gamă are eleganța unei rochii de gala, de catifea rosie.
Un vin cu o culoare rosu rubiniu intens, caracterizat de note de fructe rosii mici, completate de note balsamice datorita perioadei de maturare in budane de lemn timp de 18 luni. Vinul este catifelat, sustinut de un finisaj excelent cu arome fructate intense dand un final lung si persistent. Postgustul da senzatii placute de fructe.
Merlot-ul a fost adăugat gamei Cantvs Primvs în 2020, pentru a sublinia calitatea vinurilor care se pot obține din acest soi în Dealu Mare. Regiunea viticolă Dealu Mare a fost lovită de grindină către finalul primăverii. Acest factor a avut un impact major asupra plantațiilor, reducând la jumătate recolta. Strugurii s-au bucurat de acces la mai multe resurse minerale, fizico-chimice și de conținut de zahăr ridicat.

Merlot este un vin versatil, savuros care se pretează alături de mâncăruri cu sos cum ar fi coadă de vită brezată, chifteluțe marinate, burgeri, vițel la cuptor. De asemenea, este delicios alături de deserturi cu ciocolată neagră și fructe de pădure.
Vegetarienii se pot bucura de un pahar de merlot alături de măncăruri cu ciuperci, cum ar fi un risotto cu trufe, ciuperci portobello la grătar, dar și paste cu sos roșu.

A wine with an intense ruby red colour, characterized by notes of small red fruits, complemented by balsamic notes due to the maturation period in wooden casks for 18 months. The wine is velvety, supported by an excellent finish with intense fruity aromas giving a long and persistent finish. The aftertaste gives pleasant fruity sensations.
The Merlot was added to the Cantvs Primvs range in 2020 to highlight the quality of the wines that can be produced from this variety in Dealu Mare. The Dealu Mare wine region was hit by hail towards the end of spring. This factor had a major impact on the crops, halving the harvest. Grapes enjoyed access to more mineral, physico-chemical and high sugar content resources.

Merlot is a versatile, tasty wine that goes well with saucy dishes such as braised oxtail, marinated meatballs, burgers, roast veal. It’s also delicious with dark chocolate and berry desserts.
