The wines from the Via Colțul Pietrei range are designed for those who already love certain varieties and are looking for memorable, expressive bottles with personality.
The Rose is the rebel of the range, because it brings together characteristics of each component variety, without letting anyone dominate the whole. For those who say: I want to be pleasantly surprised!
If you like surprising wines in which the floral aromas of peonies are discreetly intertwined with those of fresh red fruits (raspberries, strawberries), dominated by a lively acidity and supported by a balanced structure. Aftertaste of cranberries and lemon peel.

In this wine, Fiorenzo Rista made an experiment on blending red varieties vinified into rose. He wanted and obtained a gastronomic wine, with good structure, medium body, in which he captured the main attributes of each component variety.
Pairings
A versatile wine that copes with a wide variety of dishes from salads (Caesar, Nicoise, with duck breast), savory tarts, especially with cheese and spinach, to semi-hard cheeses (cheese, Gouda, Provolone). Excellent with seafood, shrimp or lobster.
For vegetarians, it can be served with a salad with quinoa, red curry or vegan sushi.
